CrocoSight Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CrocoSight. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.
Service description
CrocoSight is a valuation reference tool that displays PE, PB, and PS historical percentiles for supported stocks across the US, HK, and CN markets. The app may also provide configurable valuation reminders and local notifications.
No investment advice
CrocoSight does not provide investment advice, recommendations, predictions, brokerage services, trading execution, or portfolio management.
Subscriptions and billing
CrocoSight offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Billing is handled by Apple. Pricing is shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary by storefront or tax treatment. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.
Free tier
The free tier currently has limited capacity. Paid access expands watchlist capacity and broadens reminder availability.
Notifications and reminder functionality
CrocoSight may allow you to configure valuation reminders and receive local notifications on your device. Reminder delivery depends on system permissions, background execution conditions, and data availability, and is not guaranteed at any specific time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use CrocoSight in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability and changes
CrocoSight may evolve over time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including data delivery, features, or availability, at any time.
Third-party data and services
CrocoSight relies on third-party infrastructure and financial data inputs. While we aim to provide a reliable product, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect completeness of all information.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrocoSight is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from your investment decisions, market movements, service interruptions, or reliance on app content.

通知与提醒功能
CrocoSight 可能允许你配置估值提醒，并在你的设备上接收本地通知。提醒的触达取决于系统通知权限、 后台执行条件以及数据可用性，因此不保证在某个精确时间点送达。
可接受使用
你同意不滥用本服务、不干扰其运行、不尝试未授权访问，也不以违反适用法律的方式使用 CrocoSight。
服务可用性与变更
CrocoSight 可能会持续演进。我们可以在任何时间变更、暂停或终止部分服务，包括数据分发、功能或可用性。
第三方数据与服务
